You can cancel the booking before the vehicle reach your place. if you cancel the booking after the driver reached your destination Rs : 300 has to be paid.
We provide both A/C & Non A/C vehicles. The A/C is expected to be working always. The only exception is for trips to hilly areas where the A/C needs to be turned off for during in hilly region to prevent overload on the vehicle engine.
Mostly our cabs are new and very good running condition, minor repair like tyre deflation etc. can be rectified soon. in case of major breakdown, it is our endeavour to arrange a alternate taxi to your destination with minimal loss of time and comfort
Our seating configurations are listed when you making, we typically list seating capacity as x+1 Where x=number of passengers and +1 is the chauffeur/ driver.
We try our best to ensure our drivers reach our customer on time. But in case of delay, do call us and we will help you by providing an alternate vehicle at the earliest.
Any online booking would require you to make the booking at least 4 hours prior to pick up time. If you need a cab earlier than this, then please call through our customer care for booking.
